I've never fished (or really seen anybody else fish) anything other that corkies and yarn.

It can be really snaggy so throwing lures would get spendy.

Most fo the fish seem to be caught "on the fly" (yeah, probably flossed) rather than in "holding water", so most guys don't use bait either.

I did real well on orange corkies and no yarn last weekend. My wife did well on the old "whatever color corky I grab first" method and some other guys did well on pink corky pink yarn.

Not sure it really matters.

First of all, i know for 100 % that only one of those is a chum....

As far as lures goes the river was running clear so we were using white and peach stuff with sandshrimp. All fish were hooked in the mouth, not the outside corner. I did snag one 10 pound buck chum that almost spooled me, but it was released.
